Castle Properties have let and managed our own private portfolio of rented property in Cheltenham since 1994. In April 2004 we began trading as a limited company.

As we own all property it gives us the unique position for flexibility. Therefore we are able to specialise in Flexible contracts, from 1 month to 1 year+. For shorter periods we can accommodate at our self catering hotel, The Central Hotel. Whatever your needs we will try our hardest to accommodate.

Currently we take no deposit, but charge a one-off £250 administration fee on all shared houses and bedsits. No hidden extras just a one off admin fee (Other agents usually take a large deposit and then charge typically £150-£200 reference fees & further additional contract fees, which are renewable every 6 months).
