Contracts with Castle Properties
We offer extremely flexible contracts. We can accommodate from one week to long-term tenancies. Fees are competitive, with rents starting as low as £65 per week, for shared accommodation, fully inclusive of all utility bills.
Typical shared houses all have communal living area, with TV, washing machine, fridges, freezers, cooker, etc. All bedrooms are fully furnished with many including En-Suite facilities.
Safety is taken extremely seriously at Castle Properties. We have our own in-house maintenance staff. All shared accommodation properties have fire doors, relevant fire extinguishers, and the relevant mains smoke and heat detectors, with larger properties having full hotel-style fire systems. Weekly safety checks are carried out by our own staff. Electrical, Gas and PAT testing are also carried out on each individual property.
Individual lets are available with one to four bedroom properties. Tenancies start from a six-month assured shorthold tenancy.
Properties are available either furnished or non-furnished.
